All new patients who are looking forward for a consultation will be led to the hospital’s updated Doctor’s directory, including essential information about the physician’s specialties, sub-specialties and schedule.

FOR RETURN CONSULTATION

Patients who are looking forward for a RETURN consultation will be required to fill-up the hospital appointment form (via Google Forms) for easier collection of data, and to help fast track the appointment process.
